<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Roti: lekker eten met je handen</h2>



<p>Roti of rotiplaat is een soort Surinaamse broodpannenkoek die je eet met een saus van bijvoorbeeld kip, eieren, aardappel of kousenband. Het wordt ook wel eens platbrood of chapati genoemd. In dit recept &#8211; afkomstig uit <a href="https://partner.bol.com/click/click?p=2&amp;t=url&amp;s=50576&amp;f=TXL&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bol.com%2Fnl%2Fnl%2Fp%2Fkookatlassen-de-vega-atlas%2F9300000069409400%2F&amp;name=Kookatlassen%20-%20De%20vega%20atlas%2C%20Isabel%20Boerdam" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">de Vega Atlas</a> van Isabel Boerdam &#8211; maken we de specerijenmix zelf en marineren hier niet alleen de tempé mee, maar ook de rest van de ingrediënten worden in dit kruidige mengsel van komijnzaad, gember, kerrie en paprikapoeder gebakken. </p>



<p>Kun je geen kousenband krijgen? Vervang ze dan door sperziebonen. En houd je niet zo van pittig? Voeg dan geen of minder sambal toe. Je kunt deze roti ook veganizen, door de eieren te vervangen voor extra groenten.</p>
