<p><strong>Gröstl staat bekend als hét nationale gerecht van Tirol en is een favoriet van heel veel wintersporters. Niet gek, want deze Oostenrijkse klassieker is een lekker stevige maaltijd die het goed doet op de berg. Deze vegavariant met ‘spekjes’ van portobello is simpel en hartstikke lekker. Het uitzicht vanaf die berg moet je er alleen wel even bij denken.</strong>..</p>

<p>Tiroler Gröstl &#8211; ook wel gewoon gröstl of bauerngröstl genoemd &#8211; is een stevige maaltijd, die bestaat uit gebakken aardappels, ui, vlees (spek of rundvlees) en een spiegelei. Zo niet deze variant uit de Vega Atlas van Isabel Boerdam. Zij maakt Tiroler Gröstl met gebakken aardappeltjes, een gebakken eitje en vegetarische spekjes gemaakt van portobello. Lekker gekruid met majoraan (ook wel marjolein, een kruid dat bekend staat om de frisse en zoete smaak), komijnzaad en peterselie. Zeer smakelijk, óók als-ie gewoon wordt geserveerd op een Hollandse eettafel.&nbsp;</p>
