<p>Wij kunnen echt genieten van een pizza op z’n tijd. Maar dan moet het wel een écht goede pizza zijn. Dat betekent een tripje naar de Italiaan of zelf de handen uit de mouwen steken in de keuken. Want die kant-en-klare pizza’s uit de supermarkt, die komen er bij ons niet in.&nbsp;</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Volkorenplaatpizza: lekker én gezond</h2>

<p>Je kunt dit recept natuurlijk ook met witte asperges maken, maar het voordeel van groene asperges is dat ze het hele jaar door verkrijgbaar zijn. Groene asperges zijn trouwens gewoon witte asperges, die boven de grond een kleurtje hebben gekregen. Wij vinden ze soms zelfs smaakvoller dan de witte variant. Als je ze vóór je ze verwerkt &#8211; maar nadat je een stukje van de onderkant hebt afgesneden &#8211; even rechtop in koud water zet worden ze extra knapperig.</p>
